Our Team: Welcome

NEIL LANGRIDGE

DClinP, MSc, BSc (Hons), FMACP, FCSP
Consultant Physiotherapist, Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust

Neil is a Consultant Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. He is a Fellow of the MACP, CSP and the University of Winchester. He holds an MSc and Clinical Doctorate and has provided education across 6 UK universities, 7 countries and keynote speeches in a number of international conferences. Neil has a background working for the MOD and in the NHS for 25 Years. He has led rehabilitation services and has also worked for the MACP as research officer and Vice Chair whilst also leading the Committee for education and approval.
Neil has published in peer reviewed journals, and provided book chapters whilst leading on national projects for Health Education England. Neil's published work surrounds clinical reasoning, Low back Pain and complexity and is comfortable with first year to doctoral level students. 


He continues with a number of first contact, triage and complex patient clinics whilst highly regarded in elements of governance, leadership and education.

Our Team: About Me

MATTHEW LOW

MSc, BSc (Hons), MMACP, MCSP
Consultant Physiotherapist, The Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

Matt is a Consultant Physiotherapist in the NHS and is a visiting associate at the Orthopaedic Research Institute at Bournemouth University. He qualified from the University of Southampton and is a member of the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP) following completion of his Masters degree in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy at the University of Brighton.

Matt has lectured and examined for pre-registration and post-registration students at a number of Universities in the South of England. He has lectured on subjects such as motor control, spinal manipulation and clinical reasoning skills. He has interests in compassionate person-centred care, the theory of causation within the healthcare setting, philosophy, reflective practice and critical thinking skills.
